Leeds Arts Centre brings six brand-new pieces of theatre to the dome of Planetarium GO in Millennium Square this September, in collaboration with Planetarium GO. From ancient mythology and contemporary poetry to androids, Greek gods, Orwellian tyranny and one very important screwdriver, Meaning in the Void explores humanity, identity, hope, isolation, wonder and the search for meaning, all staged beneath a projected night sky.

Ancient myths meet contemporary poetry beneath a projected night sky. Trickster gods, Norse giants and the rabbit in the moon collide with poetic voices from modern Leeds, creating new constellations of story.

Hope Against Tyranny: 1984 – adapted by Sophie Clement
